Meredith drove Reuters’ position in the equities markets during the transition from paper tickets to electronic trading, first as product manager for buyside and sellside equities trading platforms, and then as head of the Institutional Equities business, with a $230 MM P&L. As lead strategist for Equities Technology at Lehman Brothers, Meredith drove priorities and spending of a $500MM budget. Meredith started her 20-year career at Monitor Company. She graduated with honors from Brown University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Bill Wilder is the Chief Technology Officer at Finomial. In his more than 25-year career in software Bill has held technical leadership and consulting roles with many organizations, ranging from small startups to very large enterprises. Early on, Bill was a software development manager at Lotus in their business data division, and more recently at Fidelity Investments served as SOA architect within their institutional business unit then served as enterprise architect driving Microsoft .NET development standards and practices with senior architects from across the company. Bill is recognized by Microsoft as a Windows Azure MVP and an Azure Insider, and is the author of the book Cloud Architecture Patterns.
VP of Product and Customer Success
Penelope has over ten years of experience in the Financial Services Sector. She was an integral part of the Investor Relations Team at Fortress Investment Group, a $64 billion alternative asset management firm. She has also held positions in marketing and communications at global B2B alternative lending startups. Prior to joining Finomial, Penelope designed and implemented the marketing, communications, and branding strategies for financing and software products at two different companies: an accounts receivable lending firm and a psychometric credit scoring software company. Penelope has a B.A. degree in Mandarin from Williams College. Additionally, she has studied at The Capital University of Economics and Business in Beijing, at The National Taiwan Normal University in Taipei, and at The University of Guadalajara in Mexico.

Chuck Senatore is an executive focusing on compliance and risk at Devonshire Investors, a unit of Fidelity Investments. Devonshire manages private venture funds, and invests in operating companies, emerging businesses and real estate. Mr. Senatore also founded the Boston Regtech Meetup, and serves on boards of companies engaged in Regtech, artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency businesses. He is a member of the Massachusetts Secretary of State’s Fintech Advisory Working Group and teaches at the University of Chicago Law School. Mr. Senatore previously led the global compliance programs for Fidelity and Merrill Lynch, was the SEC’s Southeast Regional Director, and was an Assistant U.S. Attorney and Chief of the Public Corruption Section in the Southern District of Florida. Matthew Cowan is a co-founder of Bridgescale Partners and brings more than 17 years of investing experience. Prior to forming Bridgescale, Matthew was the founding General Partner of Bowman Capital’s venture capital group in 1998, focusing on expansion-stage technology companies. Jack Klinck is currently an active angel and seed stage investor in FinTech oriented firms. Jack is also Managing Partner at Hyperplane Venture Capital, a new manager focused on emerging technologies such as machine learning and IOT. From 2015-2016, Jack served as CEO of Ouisa/ShareNett, a marketplace for family offices to share and co-invest. From 2006 to 2015, Jack was Executive Vice President and Head of Global Strategy and New Ventures at State Street Corporation, where he served on that firm’s management committee and founded two business lines; Alternative Investment Solutions and Global Exchange. Before joining State Street, Jack was Vice Chairman and President of the Investment Manager Solutions Group at Mellon Financial Corporation.
